具有博士學位、正高級職稱，具有在三甲醫院從事本專業10年及以上工作經歷，具有突出的臨床技術特長和較強的科室管理經驗，原則上年齡在55周歲及以下。

博士生導師、醫師協會或醫學會主任委員或副主任委員，年齡可放寬至60周歲。

待遇

以年薪計為50-100萬：含有按照國家政策及醫院規定正常發放工資獎金及福利待遇以及每月給予稅前1-2萬元工作補貼，連續3年;

給予工作啟動資金100-200萬元，用于科研、專業技術學習、新技術項目開展等。

對于業績突出，業內影響力較大的人員，其待遇條件實行“一人一議”原則。
